Join us every Tuesday evening at Travolta Bar in Kreuzberg for a casual and fun German-English language exchange. Mark Twain once wrote that there's nothing you can't learn in Berlin except the German language. We are aiming to prove him wrong.
Even if language exchange is not your main interest, you are still welcome to join our meetup. Our goal is to create a fun and social environment where people from different backgrounds and cultures can connect and make new friends. While language exchange may be a part of the meetup, it is not the sole focus and attendees are free to engage in conversation in their preferred language. So, whether you're looking to practice your language skills or simply looking to meet new people and socialize, you'll be sure to have a great time at our meetup.
We've been running for over 14 years, so you'll find a mix of new and regular attendees. Many of our attendees don't RSVP through Meetup, so don't be discouraged if the RSVP count is low.
We meet every Tuesday at 7 pm at Travolta (Wiener Straße 14b, Kreuzberg) near Görlitzer Bahnhof and Kottbusser Tor. We have a separate table for English and German, and add more tables when numbers suffice. Look for the Australian
